If there’s one main reason to return to this hotel, it would definitely be the *amazing team*. The staff is clearly well-trained to ensure guest satisfaction. I would especially like to thank *Miss Mai* and *Miss Mink* for their exceptional service, along with the entire team. But that’s not the only reason! The hotel also offers a *perfect location*, *clean and comfortable rooms*, *delicious breakfast with daily variety*, and a *beautiful pool with a great view* that stays open late until *10 PM*. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

    Do not go to Patong beach.

    Do not go to Patong beach. This place is sleezy, full of prostitutes and lonely old white men. It's so seedy. The beach is disgusting and dirty. My daughter ran out of the water as soon as she stepped into it. This is over touristy to the max. There are many other nicer beaches to go to and stay on Phuket.

    The room was very good, not a problem, only the fridge had a smell the cleaner came promptly and cleaned it but it came back so we avoided using it. That was our problem not wanting to complain. I travel a lot especially in Thailand and value for money, with the location to everything was an excellent choice for us.

    beautiful beach, being treated like a king by locals (addicted to the ice coffee and fruit trays) but they need to thin out the chairs on the beach, takes away the great views. get rid of the hawkers, getting harassed constantly if friggin annoying, l will buy from markets if l want something,

    Nice Public beach, there is a lot of activities and shops around it, if you prefer to be in the heart of the city with everything at the nearby, then it is your place, if you prefer Isolation for relaxation, then it is not.

    Great beach but full of plastic debris which is really sad. Plastic washed up on sand and in the water. We were not there in peak so hate to see it when it is crowded. Already lots of people trying to sell/ rent you things. Did not feel relaxing. Plastic rubbish was really sad to see. It was everywhere and quite dispiriting.

    Full of two week tourists. Ok if that’s what you want. Getting more expensive by the month. Some hotels have put up prices 100% in a year. Not a place to take small children although many do. Far better resorts in Phuket for families.

    Location: this hotel is 1 min away from a 7/11 (24hr corner shop. Where you can buy all your necessities). Its also a 3min walk from a 24hr restaurant which serves good food for a cheap price. Couldn't ask for anymore. Its also walking distance (15-25mins) from the main patong strip. Where the nightlife in phuket gets popping as well as Where the beach is located. Facilities: there's a swimming pool in the hotel as well as a bar you can use. The AC keeps you cool at all times. Fridge is food too.

    This is a very nice hotel - one of the better ones in the area. It's most definitely for those looking to be right in the middle where all the fun is in Phuket. For those looking ot experience the party, not necessarily those looking to chill out in the quiet. Also, not a beachfront property, but has a great rooftop pool.

We’re happy just because the previous experience in Phuket wasn’t the best, but still you don’t expect to pay 70 euro per night in Thailand for a very standard hotel not even on the beach.
