All stops are marked on the map you'll find down below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1lgZB_iz6ZD9GAqz5c8mhrEgNWbTQNmI&#038;ehbc=2E312F\" width=\"900\" height=\"500\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important stop is A6 Makkasan, connecting you to the Petchaburi metro station (MTS), taking you to the central tourist areas of Bangkok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the transfer, simply exit the station and walk about 200 meters; it's clearly marked with signs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another useful stop is A8 Phaya Thai, where you can transfer to the BTS, Bangkok's SkyTrain, taking you to other areas in the center of the city. This transfer is more straightforward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Pros and Cons<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Bangkok's Airport Rail Link has several advantages that make it a very convenient mode of transportation. The station is within the airport itself, which is very convenient, especially if you have large suitcases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, it's an affordable and fast option to reach the city center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it has some disadvantages to consider. Depending on the location of your accommodation, you may need another means of transportation to reach your final destination. Also, it's important to note that the single ticket cannot be paid with a card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"caja-linea\">However, there is the option to buy a multiple-trip card. Outside of these hours, as well as on holidays and weekends, the frequency decreases to every 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travel time<\/strong>: From stop A1 at Suvarnabhumi Airport to stop A8, the total journey takes only 26 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price:<\/strong> The ticket cost varies between 15 and 45 bahts, depending on the stop. The fare to A6 is priced at 35 bahts, while to A8, it's 45 bahts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment method<\/strong>: Cash only in bahts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ticket purchase<\/strong>: You'll find vending machines with options in Thai and English. Select the stop, make the payment, and you'll receive a token valid for one journey. Tokens are plastic \"coins\" and can have different colors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access to the ARL<\/strong>: To enter, bring the token close to the machine, and the turnstile will allow you to pass. Upon reaching your stop, you'll need to insert the token for the turnstile to let you exit. If not, you can head to the Sanamluang station, from where they depart.
