Hotel was nice , My first night I had a sensor flashing in my room every minute or so above my bed ,which scared the hell out of me the first time it flashed as thought it was someone taking a picture with a flash in the dark, as it’s so late and I was tired , I buried my face In the Pillow , next day I explained to Reception and they assure it would be sorted. Second night I got to bed 2am tired and it was still flashing above my bed 🫣 I call reception asking Why isn’t wasn’t sorted and they said at 2am they could send some one to put tape over it, this meant getting up and having them climb on my bed to do this. So I said no do they next day as I was tired and the 3rd day they put tape over it. I had 2 not great nights sleep and there was NO apologies or any money taken off , I did late check out and was thinking they would say it was complimentary due to 2 night sleep interrupted. But no nothing , sad as hotel was Amazing but treatment wasn’t as it wasn’t a cheap hotel !

I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for 7 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The service was excellent; the staff were responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. I also really appreciated the stable and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

    Someone needs to close down the Galata Fish House restaurant...

    Someone needs to close down the Galata Fish House restaurant, located under a bridge, the only restaurant in Istanbul that caters to tourists by overcharging them to the point where a fish with no meat was $125. I loved everything about Istanbul, and I will go back in a heartbeat. Something needs to be done about the taxi refusing to use the meter and charging excessively. Close down Galata Fish House, they are thieves, not suitable for Turkey or Istanbul.

    I’ve now visited Istanbul a couple of times, and I strongly suspect I’ll return. It’s the kind of city where, with each visit, you come away with a few more things you didn’t quite have time to do—experiences that make you think, next time. Whether your interest lies in Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, or modern history, Istanbul has an incredibly rich and layered past, shaped by its unique position at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. There’s no shortage of fascinating sites to explore, along with an abundance of great places to eat and drink. Public transport is generally reliable and well-connected, making it relatively easy to get around. That said, the city can be challenging for those with limited mobility, with its hills, cobbled streets, and less-than-consistent accessibility.

    We had a wonderful stay here! We received a room upgrade, which really made our stay. The room was fantastic and had a wonderful bathroom/balcony, which were extremely spacious. The spa was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Istanbul. There was a free shuttle available which needs pre booking, however we were happy to pay for a taxi to Taksim square, which was only a few euros. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family/friends!

    Great boutique hotel in Taksim away from the nosy streets. The staff are the best in this hotel. Mohammed and Abdul Al-Rashed (I think) are very professional, friendly, and the speak better English than many other staff in 5 stars hotels in Istanbul. Whatever you ask of them they do it efficiently and promptly. They are always eager to help. Once you spent more than 1 day at this hotel, it becomes like home and it brings peace once you enter the lobby. I love it, thanks staff and management for doing an excellent job
